Safety micro-switch
We check the control sistems of the installations and machines, in order to know the efficiency of the safety sistems.
This means that we analyze the safety functions and check their design according the current regulations.
The following functions should be checked: emergency stops,interlock devices, optoelectronic detection systemas, accidental starting prevention, operating modes selection,….
We elaborate the safety tables, indicating the checkings for the necessary prooving of the safety functions, in order to guarantee that they work properly.
Similarly, we check that the safety functions fulfill the corresponding Performance Level (PL), applying the SISTEMA software.
We design, define and install the medifications so that the control system works according with the regulation.
